Alabama’s unemployment rate have been study at 11.1 per cent. The Alabama state has not managed to come out of the list of top ten states with highest unemployment rate in the country. At the end of 2009 Alabama’s unemployment rate was at 10.9 per cent. Using the Federal Federal government new initiative for jobs, the unemployment rate was anticipated to gradually decline. But the newest data and trends prove otherwise.

The growing unemployment rate in the majority of the US states reflect that the Federal Govt and Point out Federal government policies and initiatives have not been successful and their is a will need for change in method.
