I too prefer the manual breast pump. I personally use the Evenflo breast pump and really feel it more comfortable than the electric breast pump which I used previously. It is difficult to carry a electric breast pump as we need to carry the adapter and other things. Where as the manual breast pump is light in weight and easy to carry. The manual is more portable than the electric breast pump.
